Live Masterclass · Claude Cowork · Next cohort: dates to be announced

You've learned to chat with AI.
Now learn to hand it the work.

Claude Cowork is the delegation mode inside Claude Desktop — it works your folders, your tools, and your files while you review the results. In two live evenings, you set it up on your own account, delegate real tasks from your own week, and leave with automations that keep running after class ends. No coding required.

Chat is the smallest way to use Claude.
Delegation is the real unlock.

Most professionals use AI the same way: open a chat, ask, wait, copy the answer, assemble the output themselves. That keeps you as the router for every piece of work. Cowork inverts it — you write a brief, point Claude at the folder and the tools, and review what comes back.

Chatting with AI
Delegating to AI
You ask, wait, copy, paste, and stitch the pieces together yourself
You write one brief; Claude works the folder, the files, and the tools end to end
Every recurring report starts from a blank chat window
A saved Skill runs the same job the same way, every time
The AI knows nothing about your role, your files, or your preferences
A workspace with connectors carries your context into every task
One task at a time, with you in the loop for every step
Agents run several jobs in parallel while you review results
Weekly chores wait for you to remember them
Scheduled routines run on their own and adapt each time

This is not a product tour. Every block of the masterclass ends with something running in your account, on your work — a workspace, a Skill, a routine, a first Claude Code job. If a demo would do, we'd point you at the free videos instead.

Two evenings. One solo run in between.

Six hours of live instruction across Tuesday and Thursday, with a solo assignment on Wednesday. The Wednesday run is the point: you delegate on your own, and Thursday opens with your real screens — failures first.

Your own time
Solo Assignment
You delegate. Alone. On purpose.
  • Run the delegation you scoped on Tuesday — your task, your account, no instructor at your elbow
  • The cohort group chat stays open all day for questions and unblocking
  • Broken briefs and failed runs are welcome — they are Thursday's teaching material

Advanced Delegation
  • Solo-run autopsy on screen — failures first, and what to change in the brief
  • Agents: run several jobs in parallel, plus a live computer-use demonstration
  • Artifacts: turn raw outputs into polished, shareable deliverables
  • Schedule a weekly routine that runs without you; set usage budgets so it stays affordable
  • Your first guided run of Claude Code — a real job, no coding, an instructor beside you
  • Plan the next three recurring jobs you'll delegate after the class
Four working assets, in your own account

Not notes. Not templates. By Thursday night these are set up, tested, and running where you work.

Asset 01

A configured Cowork workspace

Folders with standing instructions, your tools connected through the right permissions, and a Project that carries your role and preferences into every task.

Asset 02

A reusable Skill

One recurring job from your real work — a report, a research pass, a follow-up sequence — packaged so it runs the same way every time. Plus your first installed plugin.

Asset 03

A scheduled routine

One weekly task automated end to end. It fires on schedule, adapts to what it finds on each run, and stays inside the usage budget you set.

Asset 04

Your first Claude Code run

A real job executed through Claude Code with an instructor guiding you — enough to know what it can do and whether it deserves a deeper place in your toolkit.

Built for people whose week is full of repeatable work
A strong fit if you…
  • Use Claude or ChatGPT every week, but still route every piece of work yourself
  • Have recurring work — reports, research, decks, follow-ups — that deserves to run without you
  • Want depth in one tool that compounds, not a survey of twenty tools
  • Come from a non-technical background — no coding or AI experience assumed
Not the right fit if you…
  • Want a software development course — try Claude for Life instead
  • Are looking for AI strategy or theory — every block here ends with something running
  • Cannot attend the two live evenings — this format does not work asynchronously

What you need before Tuesday

Everything runs in your own account, so the setup below is a prerequisite, not a nice-to-have. We send a short setup checklist after you register.

Claude Pro
$20 / month
Cowork is not on the free tier; the Max plan is not needed. In India (₹2,399/month with GST) Anthropic bills by card, not UPI — so you need an international payment card.
A Laptop
Mac or Windows
Claude Desktop runs on both. Windows is fully supported — one Mac-only feature has a Windows alternative we cover in session.
Real Work
Bring a task
A messy folder, a recurring report, a project you keep postponing. Every exercise runs on your work, not ours.
Common questions
No. The whole programme is no-code — Cowork is built for exactly this. The Claude Code block on Thursday is a guided first run with an instructor beside you, and it stays optional depth: you'll leave knowing whether it deserves more of your time, not needing it.
Claude Pro ($20/month; ₹2,399/month with GST in India). The free tier does not include Cowork, and the Max plan is not necessary for this masterclass. In India, note that Anthropic bills by card — UPI is not supported — so you need an international payment card for the subscription.
Use them — they're good. The difference is what the work runs on. Free material teaches on the instructor's example files; here every exercise runs on your own tasks, in your own account, with founder-instructors correcting your briefs live. You also do a solo run on Wednesday and get it debugged on screen Thursday. That loop — attempt, fail, fix, with an expert watching — is the part a video can't give you.
Yes. Claude Desktop and Cowork run fully on Windows. One feature we use for building Skills is Mac-only; we teach a Windows alternative in the same block, so you build the same asset either way.
You get the recording. But be honest with yourself before booking: the value of this format is instructors at your screen while you work, and a recording can't do that. If the dates don't fit, wait for the next cohort rather than planning to watch it back.
You choose what to bring. Everything runs in your own Claude account — nothing is uploaded to us or to other participants. We cover the permission model explicitly on Tuesday: what each connector can see, how to scope access, and how to keep sensitive folders out of reach. If your work is confidential, bring a sanitised task; the mechanics teach the same.
Full refund within 24 hours of booking. No refunds after that — the cohort is small and a late cancellation affects the group. If the dates stop working for you, email hello@thecrux.ai and we'll move your seat to a future run.
Yes. We issue GST invoices for all purchases — email hello@thecrux.ai after booking with your company's GST details. Most participants get this reimbursed as professional development.
No. theCRUX is an independent training company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic — we're practitioners who use these tools daily and teach from that experience.
By Thursday night, part of your week
runs without you.

Two evenings. 25 seats. Founder-taught. Join the waitlist to hear first when the next dates open.
