Why we have a no-refund policy
Claude for Life is a live, instructor-led weekend bootcamp with a small cohort of up to 25 participants. Each seat reserved prevents another person from joining. Significant preparation — including curriculum design, instructor time, TA coordination, and cohort setup — begins well before the bootcamp date.
Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once a seat has been reserved and payment completed, except as described below.
Exceptions — when a refund is available
1. Bootcamp cancelled by us
If we cancel the bootcamp for any reason — including insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure — you will receive a full refund automatically within 7 business days of the cancellation notice. We will notify all registered participants by email as soon as a cancellation is confirmed. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your seat to the next available cohort.
2. Non-delivery due to technical failure on our end
If you are unable to access or participate in the bootcamp due to a verified failure on our platform or infrastructure (not your own internet connection or device), you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund depending on the extent of the disruption. Please contact us at hello@thecrux.ai within 48 hours of the affected session.

If you cannot attend
If you are unable to attend the cohort you registered for, your seat may be transferred to a future cohort under the following conditions:
- You must notify us at least 72 hours before the bootcamp start date.
- One transfer per registration. A transferred seat cannot be deferred again.
- The transfer must be used within 6 months of your original purchase date.
- Transfers are subject to availability — each cohort reserves a limited number of transfer seats to maintain cohort quality and size.

What is included
Your registration includes:
Friday evening pre-bootcamp setup session (7–8:30 PM), full Saturday and Sunday live instruction (10 AM – 5 PM each day), all course materials and project templates, lifetime access to session recordings, and community access.
Claude Pro subscription (~₹1,800/month) is required separately and is not included in the course fee.
GST & Invoicing
The course fee is inclusive of GST. The previous cohort was priced at ₹14,999. Next cohort pricing will be shared with waitlist members first. A GST invoice can be provided on request for company reimbursement or tax purposes. Contact us at hello@thecrux.ai with your company GSTIN.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
